In-Person Training Sessions
The in-person training sessions are designed to take your soccer game to the next level. I will guide you through a customized training program tailored to your needs and goals. I bring all the necessary equipment to you, so you can focus on improving your strength and technique. With my expert guidance, you'll learn how to properly perform exercises, use weights, activate muscles, and get the most out of each session.
Virtual Training Sessions
Take your soccer game to the next level with a virtual strength training session with me, a professional soccer player. No matter where you are in the world, we can work together to increase your strength, power, stability, endurance, and overall sport performance. I'll design a personalized workout tailored to your equipment and your goals.
Online Training Programs
My online training programs are designed to give you the most personalized training experience possible. I use the Volt app to create a custom program just for you, based on your goals and equipment. You'll have access to detailed descriptions of each exercise, as well as instructional videos to ensure you're performing each exercise with proper form. The Volt app will track your progress and ensure you build in your performance. And with close communication between us, you'll have the opportunity to ask any questions and get feedback on your progress.
