General Statement of Program Objectives and Procedures
Everyone using the website must understand that the personal training programs may include exercises to build the cardio respiratory system (heart and lungs), the musculoskeletal system, (which involves muscular endurance, strength and overall flexibility), and to improve body composition (increasing muscle and bone and decreasing body fat). Exercise includes aerobic activities, such as walking, running, bicycle riding, rowing machine, group aerobics, swimming and other aerobic activities, weight lifting using dumbbells, machines and other equipment to improve muscular strength and endurance, as well as flexibility exercises to improve joint range of motion and soccer drills.
Description of Potential Risks
Website users must understand that the reaction of the heart, lung, blood vessels as well as other systems to exercise cannot always be predicted with accuracy. Using the website to purchase services and/or programs implies that you know there is a risk of certain abnormal changes occurring during the following exercise, which include abnormalities of blood pressure or heart attacks as well as other side effects. Use of weight lifting equipment, and engaging in heavy body calisthenics may lead to musculoskeletal strains, pain and injury if adequate warm-up, gradual progression, and safety procedures are not consistently followed. Users understand that NLPSD shall not be liable for any damages arising from personal injuries sustained by client (buyer) while and during and/or from a personal training program does so at his/her own risk. Client (buyer) assumes full responsibilities for any injuries or damages which may occur during and/or after training.
Users hereby fully and forever release and discharge NLPSD, its assigns and agents from all claims, demands, damages, rights of action, present and future therein.
Users understand and warrant, release and agree that they are in good physical condition and have no disability, impairment or ailment preventing them from engaging in active or passive exercise that will be detrimental to heart, safety, or comfort, or physical condition if they engage or participate.
Users agree that have had a recent physical check up and have their personal physician’s permission to engage in aerobic and/or anaerobic conditioning.
Users understanding that nutrition coaching is not that same as consulting with a licensed dietitian. Nutrition coaching helps with gaining knowledge in nutrition and learning eating habits. It does not diagnose health issues regarding nutrition.
Description of Potential Benefits
Users understand that a program of regular exercise for the heart, lungs, muscles and joints has many benefits associated with it. These may include a decrease in body fat, improvement in blood fats and blood pressure, improvement in physiological function and decrease in heart disease.
Users understand that soccer programs may increase their athletic abilities and overall soccer development.
Users understand that nutrition coaching can help them learn more about diet and nutrition.
Confidentiality
Anything that is said or revealed in the sessions between NLPSD and client is privileged information and will not be disclosed to any outside party. The exception is if the information revealed includes disclosure of illegal, unethical or criminal activities.
The methods employed by NLPSD do not guarantee results. They are guidelines that the client must follow through in order to see any type of change. The client agrees, therefore, to hold the coach free of any liability and responsibility for adverse reactions as a result of advice given on the online training programs and video meetings.
Agreement to Terms
By viewing or using this Website, users are agreeing to be bound by all these Website’s Terms of Use and agree with any applicable local laws. If users disagree with any of these terms, they are prohibited from accessing this Website or using the Service. All materials in this Website are protected by trade mark law and copyright.

Applicable Law
Any claim related to our Website shall be governed by the laws of California, US without regards to its conflict of law provisions.
Refusal of Service
NLPSD has the right to refuse service to anyone and does need to provide any reason for refusal of service.
Inappropriate Content
NLPSD does not tolerate any form of inappropriate language, actions, and/or communication with users. Any form of bullying or harassment will not be tolerated and NLPSD will work with law enforcement to protect the company and/or users if action needs to be takem place.

Order Cancelations
Users who have purchased in-person services must make cancelations 24 hours before their training. If failed to do so, the customer must pay a fee of $20 before scheduling another in-person service.
Online training programs offer free trials to allow customers to see if they want to continue with the program. Customers have the right to cancel their online program at any time.
If customers who have purchased an online program are not happy with their service, they may reach out to NLPSD ask for a new program or a refund within 30 days of their purchase. If the customer fails to ask for a refund within 30 days after their purchase, a refund will not be given.
Product Orders
NLPSD store products come from a third party company. Issues that customers may experience must be communicated to NLPSD in order for NLPSD to resolve the issues with the third party. If products are not satisfactory, customers must communicate with NLPSD to find a solution to resolve such issues. Refunds will be given for products that are faulty (e.g. broken, torn) with picture proof from the customer. If the customer wishes for a different size, the customer must send back the product to the return address on the package and inform NLPSD for a change in the product.
