I work with teams or individual athletes with increasing their mental skills to enhance their performance. These skills can be managing emotions, having positive or constructive self-talk, and increasing focus. My work focuses on collaborating with the team or athlete to define specific performance needs, and then creating a science-based training plan that is tailored to those needs that will deliver desired results.
