The massage is Thai massage. Instead of having the massage done on a massage table, it is done on the floor on a comfortable surface (example: thick yoga mat). No oil is used and comfy clothing is worn. The purpose of the Thai massage is to increase blood flow in the body, enhancing your mobility and relaxation. The massage occurs for one hour and can be a full body massage or a massage that pin points certain areas you prefer. Usually after the massage, I show specific stretching and strength exercises to help you learn what you can do to help with any current of old injuries that you have to reduce daily pain you may experience. The Thai massage is very good for soccer players to recover proper and feel refreshed after a hard training or game.
