    Mentorship includes 1-on-1 support from me, a pro player, with check-ins, goal-setting, performance planning, and exclusive access to my services.
  • How can mental training improve my game?
    Mental training builds confidence, focus, resilience, and composure so you can consistently perform at your best.
  • What age should I start mental training?
    Players can benefit from mental training as early as 10 years old. I tailor my approach based on age and experience. The most important is that the player is open to mental performance coaching and not forced into it.
  • What’s included in the mentorship program?

  • How does online training work?
    You’ll receive access to structured programs with videos, PDFs, and step-by-step instructions you can follow on your own time. And you can always contact me for any questions you may have.
  • Do I need equipment for online workouts?
    Some programs require basic equipment like cones, a ball, or weights. Others are completely bodyweight-based.
  • Can I access the programs anytime?
    Yes! Once you sign up, you can train at your own pace—whenever and wherever works best for you.
  • Are your courses live or pre-recorded?
    Courses are pre-recorded and provide detailed information in all videos. To complement these videos, PDFs are made for you to keep handy and refer back to.
  • How does game analysis work?
    Send me your match footage, and I’ll provide a detailed video breakdown with feedback on positioning, decisions, and growth areas. You can book an analysis call here
  • What kind of videos should I send?
    Full match footage or 10–20 minute highlight clips from games or scrimmages are ideal.
  • How long does it take to get feedback?
    Typically 3–5 business days depending on video length and demand. We can also plan a call and you will get feedback instantly after I have watched the game.
  • Is strength training safe for young players?
    Absolutely. My programs are age-appropriate and designed to safely improve strength, speed, and injury prevention.
  • Do I need access to a gym?
    I offer both gym-based and bodyweight programs that can be done at home or at the field, depending on your resources and goals.
  • How does strength training help soccer players?
    It boosts power, speed, injury resilience, and on-field confidence—all key for high performance.
  • What does your nutrition coaching include?
    One-on-one support, meal strategy education, habit building, and guidance for energy, recovery, and performance.
  • Is it customized for each athlete?
    Yes, I tailor nutrition advice based on age, goals, schedule, and lifestyle.
