Most soccer training focuses on technical skills during a one-hour session. The Complete Pro Pathway™ is an ongoing mentorship designed to guide every aspect of a player's development. Along with technical and tactical feedback, players receive accountability, goal setting, match analysis, recruiting guidance, mindset coaching, and personalized development plans. The goal isn't just to improve a player's skills. It's to help them make smarter decisions and consistently progress toward their long-term goals.
How do I know which mentorship plan is right for my child?
Each mentorship plan is designed for a different stage of development. If you're unsure, schedule a free Discovery Call and we'll discuss your child's goals, current level, and the type of support that would benefit them most. If none of the standard plans are the right fit, a custom mentorship program can be created.
Can parents be involved in the mentorship?
Absolutely. Parents are an important part of a player's development. Parents receive updates, guidance, and support to better understand the development process and help their athlete succeed both on and off the field.
Is the mentorship completely online?
Yes. The Complete Pro Pathway™ is designed to work with players anywhere in the world through online meetings, match analysis, personalized feedback, and digital training resources. Seasonal in-person opportunities are also available in Southern California and Sweden.
How long should players stay in the mentorship?
Player development doesn't happen overnight. While there is no required commitment, most players see the greatest progress after several months of consistent mentorship, accountability, and feedback. The program is designed to evolve alongside each player's goals and development.
Can my child still join if they already have a club coach or private trainer?
Yes. The mentorship is designed to complement, not replace, your child's current training environment. The goal is to help players get more value from every practice, game, and coaching experience by providing personalized guidance outside of their club.
What happens after we sign up?
After enrolling, we'll begin with an assessment of your child's goals, strengths, and current level. From there, you'll receive a personalized development plan and begin working through the mentorship based on your selected program. Throughout the process, we'll continually adjust the plan as your child grows and progresses.
