Cancellation Policy
Service Hours: Online services are available during the following times (Pacific Standard Time, PST): * Afternoon: 3:00 PM - 5:00 PM (when Nicole is in Temecula, CA) * Morning: Flexible availability (specific times may vary) * Evening: Anytime after 8:30 PM Booking Outside Service Hours: If you book an online service outside of the specified hours, please note that your appointment is subject to rescheduling or cancellation. Efforts will be made to accommodate your booking, but availability cannot be guaranteed. Rescheduling and Cancellations: If you wish to cancel or reschedule your online service, you must provide at least 24 hours' notice. Failure to do so may result in the forfeiture of your scheduled session without a refund or rescheduling option. Policy Agreement: By booking an online service, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
